I did something different with this. I tried to make it look more like a blossom with a stem.
I think it really looks better this way.
This is a pretty easy stitch to learn. It could be pretty with Row 2 being green and Row 3 being a color of your choice for the blossom. I did two colors, switching after 2 rows.

It looks good no matter what you do with it, I think.
